Some Muslims call others their brothers and sisters, when they get to know that they are Muslims too.
Those, who work in Starbucks might feel related to others, when they get to know that the
latter used to work at Starbucks at some point.
When people from the same country meet each other in another country, they help and call one another “my brother, my sister”, just because they are from the same country. Yet, just recently while living in their own country they might have been enemies.
So, I wonder – when does the time come, when people call each other “my brother, my sister”, and help each other, just because they would realize that all we are from the same planet Earth, and even more, because of the realization that all we are permeated with the same One Spirit??
A lot of people asked me if i missed my homeland, referring to the country I was born in. But I always said that I don’t miss my homeland, because I have no homeland. The whole Earth is my homeland, and all Her inhabitants are my brothers, sisters, and friends. So wherever I go – I’m at home, wherever I go – I meet my family and friends.
And then, some would criticize me, saying that I am not a patriot of my country. And my answer is always – I’m a patriot of Unity.
In reality, I feel like my Home extends way beyond this planet. So, I would say that the whole Universe and the Entire Creation is my Home.
But above all, my Home is in my heart. It is the feelings of love, compassion, unity, innocence, faith, gratitude, appreciation, peace, joy, humility, and light that make me feel at home wherever I’m at, wherever I go.
May it happen that everyone could find their Home.
